Jennifer joined the financial services industry in 2017, from the transportation industry with ten plus years of experience in regulatory and compliance management. She knows the client’s experience is an important part of building a relationship based on understanding and trust, and is dedicated to delivering superior client service through personal attention and efficient action.
She is responsible for new account documentation, maintaining existing accounts and providing administrative support to the team. Jennifer and her husband, Robert, and their children, Will and Nolan, live in Lufkin.
